Can I fund a 401K and an IRA and a Roth IRA?

Asked by: LomasB 106 views , , ,

I’m 65 and I have funded the $6000 limit to my Roth IRA; I also have a bit over $10K to my 401K. What, if anything can I contribute to my regular IRA?

    Zero.

The IRA limit is across both types of accounts. If you have a age 50+ spouse you can fund $6000 in their account, $5000 if under 50.

Sorry, good job on the savings.
